It is my goal to offer a distinct difference to the typical agent-client experience. My background includes a bachelor’s degree in economic analysis and graduate studies in market trends. I have combined this unique educational background with a friendly positive perspective and decades of practical experience.  Outside of the real estate world, I enjoy serving on local government and non-profit boards and commissions. In 2004, my peers honored me as the "Realtor of the Year" for my work in the Pajaro Valley. I am a native of Santa Cruz county. My wife Yolanda and I have been married for over 20 years and we have two daughters Alicia and Sophia. We enjoy sports, reading and traveling.
